Webinar – Housing Options as You Age

The Elville Webinar Series has a real treat for you! We welcome Victoria Hathaway, Director of Silver Group of Keller Williams Lucido Agency, and Emily Leclercq, Program Manager with Maryland Access Point and the Office on Aging & Independence. These two subject matter authorities will lead attendees through a discussion about “Housing Options as You Age.”

Program objectives:

· Understand the importance of planning housing options for aging.
· Identify different housing options for older adults.
· Evaluate the pros and cons of each housing option.
· Learn about the concept of aging in place.
· Explore the financial aspects of housing choices, and what are the logistics that allow for a person to move FIRST THEN sell, or sell FIRST THEN move?
