How Financial Advisors, CPAs, and Attorneys Can Help Clients Achieve Perfection in Planning

In this interactive workshop, estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning attorney Stephen R. Elville, J.D., LL.M., will lead a discussion addressing the many obstacles faced by clients in their pursuit of perfection in estate, tax, and financial planning, including bottlenecks and non-collaboration inside the Advisory Team, and what Advisors can do to fix this pervasive problem and ensure that clients and their families have the greatest possible opportunity to achieve their highest planning vision (thereby achieving tangible and intangible benefits to Advisors that require no explanation).

What kind of Advisory Team does your client have (if any)?
What clients really want from their Advisory Team (including the subconscious) – what are their expectations?
Focus on the Advisory Team – what is it and what are its strengths and challenges?
How clients suffer when the Advisory Team, or lack thereof, fails to function

Setting client expectations – teeing up correctly and keeping your head down prior to hitting the ball
