Simple wills and simplified revocable trusts, along with simplified powers of attorney, are still possible in estate planning, despite a strong trend in the other direction towards the modularized, all-encompassing documents of today. The continuing question is whether there is value in simplicity, or more risk given the increasingly complex and rapidly changing world we live in?
