The correct titling of assets to accomplish the purpose and intent of your estate planning and to be in alignment with the estate plan as a whole need not be an arduous, difficult to understand process, or a secret shrouded in mystery.  With some limited exceptions for highly customized plans, the correct titling of assets is relatively standard or formulaic, and readily understandable.
