Previous Work

While working towards his bachelor’s degree at Towson University, In October 2013 Mr. Pycha earned an internship for the Office of the State Prosecutor. While there, he assisted in criminal investigations of alleged violations of relevant Maryland election laws, drafted letters to treasurers and campaign managers, maintained the organization of case files, and assisted with detailed interviews of complainants. After graduating from Towson, he worked as a legal assistant, preparing liquor license documents for clients for new licenses as well as license renewal applications, drafted documents and letters for Partners and Associates, and assisted with preparation on personal injury, divorce, criminal, and liquor license cases. In June 2017, Mr. Pycha started working as a law clerk for a law firm in Towson, where his experiences with estate planning and estate and trust administration grew. He drafted Wills, Power of Attorneys, and Advance Medical Directives, drafted Life Estate and Fee Simple Deeds and drafted necessary documents to open small and regular estates.
As Mr. Pycha was finishing his studies towards his Juris doctor, in September 2017 he joined the University of Baltimore’s Tax Clinic as a student attorney, and in August 2018 became a law clerk with the Baltimore City Orphans’ Court, where he clerked for Judge Garret, Judge Loewenthal, and Judge Bernstein.
