Mr. Crowe regularly advises clients on all matters related to estate planning and estate and trust administration. He regularly partners with estate planning clients to find solutions that best fit their families’ needs, and offers education and counseling throughout the process to ensure clients have a clear understanding of the Legacy Planning concept. At the final administration stage of clients’ estate or elder law plans, he works to ensure that assets are distributed in the manner chosen, surviving spouses are provided for, special needs children receive their shares in the proper fashion, estate tax elections are made, and much more.
