Practice Focus

Ms. McCulloch manages our Estates and Trust Administration practice group. She also handles estate planning and elder law matters, with an emphasis on special needs planning, including handling claims for Social Security disability benefits and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits, at every level of appeal, including representation before the U.S. District Court of Maryland. She has a wealth of experience in addressing the unique needs of individuals and families as the navigate through the disability process.
