The Elville Workshop Series — Trustee School, Part One

If you have or maybe appointed as a trustee, you will want to attend this educational workshop.  We will cover how your role changes and the duties and responsibilities when named as a fiduciary in different documents.  A properly-prepared trustee will allow your estate to be administered smoothly and efficiently.  Learning more about the different types of documents and the various roles of each will create a better relationship between the trustee and the beneficiary.


Attendees of this workshop will learn to:


– Understand the duties and powers of a trustee, an agent, an attorney-in-fact, and a personal representative


– Recognize your fiduciary responsibility


– Manage the relationship between the trustee and the beneficiary


– Understand the need for a thorough accounting
