The Elville Workshop Series — Trustee School, Part One
March 4 @ 11:45 am - 1:15 pm
**Please note this event is currently at capacity. If you’d like to register for the event, you will be placed on a waitlist, and if a cancellation occurs you will be notified immediately. Due to the event’s popularity, we will more than likely hold this event again later in the year.
If you have or maybe appointed as a trustee, you will want to attend this educational workshop. We will cover how your role changes and the duties and responsibilities when named as a fiduciary in different documents. A properly-prepared trustee will allow your estate to be administered smoothly and efficiently. Learning more about the different types of documents and the various roles of each will create a better relationship between the trustee and the beneficiary.
Attendees of this workshop will learn to:
– Understand the duties and powers of a trustee, an agent, an attorney-in-fact, and a personal representative
– Recognize your fiduciary responsibility
– Manage the relationship between the trustee and the beneficiary
– Understand the need for a thorough accounting
Seating for this event will fill up VERY quickly! Please use the RSVP option below to secure your seat. If you are registering multiple attendees, please note all names when registering. Should you have any questions, please contact Jeff Stauffer, Community Relations Director, at [email protected], or 443-393-7696 x117. We look forward to hosting you!
