The Elville Workshop Series – Presented by Elville and Associates’ Partner and Attorney Nicole Livingston Trustee School — Part Two

Hosted by Elville and Associates’ partner and senior estate planning attorney Nicole Livingston, this webinar is a continuation of early spring’s “Trustee School — Part One.”  In Part Two, Nicole will focus on how assets are legally transferred and the foundation of fiduciary responsibilities.  As a fiduciary, one must recognize and understand the planning options and how each option works.  To be discussed are the steps a fiduciary must take when presented by each option.

Please note — it is not necessary for you to have attended “Part One” to gain meaningful information from “Part Two”!
