Elder Law Workshop
July 10 @ 11:45 am - 1:00 pm
“Elder Law attorneys are not just lawyers, they are counselors”
Join Elville and Associates’ Principal and lead attorney Stephen R. Elville, J.D., LL.M., as he leads this interactive discussion about elder law. Elder Law encompasses many things – planning for individuals and families who do not have taxable estates, but who are primarily concerned about the protection of the assets, and addressing disability and long-term care issues. Elder Law also encompasses the following: Medical Assistance (Medicaid), long-term care planning, asset protection, nursing home and assisted living selection and placement, special needs planning, guardianship, Social Security issues, Veterans’ Benefits, senior housing issues, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, wills, trusts, and more.
An Elder Law consultation is an important part of the planning process. Attendees will learn what is involved in an Elder Law consultation and why is serves as the basis for change, what clients want to know and what they learn in a consultation, and what Elder Law attorneys are advising clients in Elder Law in 2018.
To RSVP, please contact Jeff Stauffer, Elville and Associates’ Community Relations Director, at 443-393-7696 or firstname.lastname@example.org; or Eve Kennedy, Client Relations Manager at Baltimore Washington Financial Advisors, at 410-461-3900 or email@example.com.
