Stephen R. Elville, Esq., to Speak on Nationwide Bloomberg BNA “Estate Planning Essentials” Webinar

Stephen R. Elville, Principal at the estate planning, elder law and special needs firm of Elville and Associates, will be speaking on a nationwide webinar through Bloomberg BNA on Monday, June 29th from noon to 1:00 p.m. The webinar, titled “Estate Planning Essentials,” will cover traditional versus non-traditional estate planning, avoiding plan failure, understanding non-probate transfers, and the avoidance of guardianship.
