Barrett R. King, Esq., to Present as Faculty Member During National Business Institute August Seminar

Barrett R. King, Esq., will be one of five distinguished faculty members of the National Business Institute’s August 8th seminar in Baltimore, titled “Protecting Assets While Qualifying for Medicaid,” a seminar for professionals who work with seniors and their families that will provide an overview of asset protection concepts and crisis management tools elder law attorneys can use while working in the Medicaid environment.

Mr. King’s presentation topics during the seminar will include “Avoiding Conflicts of Interest (Who is Your Client?),” “Dealing with Clients’ Diminishing Mental Capacity,” “Spotting and Preventing Elder Abuse,” “Appropriate Client Communications,” “Navigating through Family Conflict” and “Setting and Collecting Attorney Fees.”
